I really don't want to give mine away either but it may be the only way to sell it. Who knows, I haven't even put it up.When I originally owned the car I really wanted to do the conversion. But now, it's whatever. Ttops are cool but I had an issue with mine leaking on my 99 when I originally got it. That sucked...

Just checked the site. $700 plus shipping.

I am going to order a bumper support from MWC. mine is sagging a bit in the corners where it meets the bumpers. Iirc it's around $150 and saves weight. I just pm'ed the guy.

              http://ls1tech.com/forums/drag-racin...-supports.html

Also, I'm going to get some "camaro" letters for the rear tail panel and reclear the panel so they look good for a long time

                  • I went to a junk yard and they had one camaro. Bummer, but on the brightside, I got almost everything I needed!

                    I got:
                    2 lock switches
The 2 trim pieces around seatbelt that go up against headliner.
A REGULAR NON LOCKING GAS CAP lol, can't stand the locking one.
I also picked up the cigarette lighter power source thing? And the black trim thing around it. Also got the harness.

                    ALL FOR $6
Now I just need the hvac knob

Now, I was looking at these-

Are you telling me, GM put these on before they put the seat belt buckle on? Well thought out gm...

I guess I'll have to bust out the dremel and cut a small slot to slide it through.

Next, I'm debating on my next mod.
                    http://www.mifbody.com/vbulletin/sho...se-my-next-mod!

Another thing, on the camaro in the junkyard. It had crank windows! I'm thinking of going back and picking them up. Should I?

                    • Are you guys sick of this thread yet?

The interior is filthy. An camera pics don't do justice by anymeans.

Got the bezels and switches all buttoned up.

Got the new used car charger thingy in.

Still trying to figure out what brand of gears to go with.

                              • Id stay with power windows.

One mod you do need IMO....6 speed.

On that seal belt guide that goes on the headliner, I dont know if cutting the fat side or thin side would be a better idea. Post pics of whatever you do.
