My 15 year house mortgage is $81 a month. And with taxes and insurance escrowed in its only $202 a month. I am currently refinancing to build a barn/2nd garage. And my payment with 30 years is only going to be $310 a month. Cheap houses are out there you just gotta find one. I am only 22 years old all i needed was a two bedroom 900sqrft with a 2 car shed/garage for my Camaro and tools.
And Mike i do have an extra room i may be willing to rent out! lol1999 z28 Bright Blue Metallic 1 of 10

Okay, got the rear defrost switch.
The rest (cluster, hvac and headlight unit) should be in tomorrow. I have been looking to switch it over to LEDs. I have heard it's a plug and play and have also heard the bulbs need modifying. Here is a "write up" which isn't very descriptive IMO. There are tons of 194 LEDs on Amazon but idk which to pick.

Michael, I would highly recommend switching to leds. They make a huge difference. You don't have to modify the bulbs, you just have to order socket adapters. Here is everything you need to know: http://6litereaterdesigns.com/forum/...p?topic=1077.0
I used this in reference from Jim (blackbirddaddy) and was very happy with superbrightleds.com.sigpic

Edit: where can I get the socket adaptors? Since my stock bulbs are soldered into the plastic base.Last edited by mcalus; December 9th, 2012, 02:49 PM.2002 Z28 Camaro A4

My friend and I pulled out a stock bulb from the cluster. The stock ones are soldered in.
So, we got out the soldering iron and heated up the terminals and out popped the bulb. We popped in the new bulb, plugged in the instrument panel and got this-
Success!

I am thinking why the Superbrightleds are so expensive is because they come with the plastic "base or connector" whatever it is called. That's my "guess"...
We had an extra LED that my friend just converted his Ranger over to LEDs.2002 Z28 Camaro A4

Yeah I just saw that.Originally posted by ryanwarby01 View Postsuperbrightleds had the bases. I think it was around $50 shipped for everything.
I bought:
Cluster LEDS: $10 (amazon)
Hvac/door/shift indicator LEDs: $10 (amazon)
Light/dimmer unit led: $5 (Superbrightleds)
I'm going to reuse my sockets, it seems like they will work to save a few bucks.2002 Z28 Camaro A4

Sounds like a little but then you figure in PMI - which again isn't that much ($30) - and then the real killer: property taxes. My 67k house's mortgage is only 376 and some change. But add property taxes in and my monthly mortgage payment jumps to $600.Originally posted by Fox Slaughter View PostYou can buy a 1500 sq ft house for like 50,000. A 30 year mortgage on that would be what 268 bucks a month with a 5% rate! Thats with no money down!- Brian Meissen

I got the new cluster and other things to go towards the yellow to white swap!
Big thanks again to Nick (purple94z28).

Hopefully the LEDs will be here sooner than later. I'm pretty stoked.
All I need to complete my interior swap is black window switches. I already have the locks. I may just do some semi gloss interior paint on my locks. I think I'll know what is up and down
. Also still need a plastic lock cap for interior drivers door.
