A little update.
Got some new meats for the fronts, which was much needed if any of you saw the tires I had on it at the m&g

In getting a weird miss or lost of fuel pressure up top. What's strange is it's only over ~40-50 mph, it's like I'm on and off the gas when really the peddel is to the floor.
Also, idk if it's cam surge or what but between 40-50 mph it the rpms kick up then go back down, even when I'm just cruising.
I'm still running a lt1 km and sensor. Also I haven't gotten the heated O2 sensor conversion. I'm unsure if that will effect it.
I really want to figure out this high rpm issue and also get some gears still and see how it drives then.
Edit:
Also let my girlfriend drive it home from town one night. She was stoked!

Would I benefit from 42lb injectors? I have no clue what duty cycle mine are running at. Currently I'm running stock (22lb) ones right now.
Maybe I should focus on gears?
I ordered a few suspension goodies from founders, wish I could have bought more but next weeks vacation is going to take a good chunk of cash from the bank roll

42lb injectors seems way over kill. I only have 30lb injectors in mine.Originally posted by mcalus View PostWould I benefit from 42lb injectors? I have no clue what duty cycle mine are running at. Currently I'm running stock (22lb) ones right now.

The reason I ask 42 is because a member is selling some for cheap, I really font want to drop $300+ on a brand new set. Plus I'll need a retune before I start it also.Originally posted by meissen View Post42lb injectors seems way over kill. I only have 30lb injectors in mine.2002 Z28 Camaro A4

I was in the same position with the injectors on my last engine and I bought the 42's. Were they way overkill? Yes. Did they work? Yes.

If Jim was able to run 42lb'ers OK then go for it. I was worried about the duty cycle being too low, as I thought having too big of an injector is a bad thing. But if it worked for Jim, go for it!- Brian Meissen
