What do you have in the rear for shocks now?Originally posted by mcalus View PostEasy money bags.
I don't need to drop that kind of money into her. Especially with being in the middle of buying a house. I have belstiens in the front and that'll do for the rears too.-Joel

I know I have put a ton of work and way to much money in this car. But I love the 98-02 front ends and the performance of ls motors. Why not do a swap? Personally I hate doing that. Is rather but a true 98,99,00 etc. in like the dash more too. I'm better off selling mine and starting new. Also, I like this color because you simply never see it. But I have always wanted an all black or hugger orange camaro.Originally posted by Fox Slaughter View PostIts his ball and chain he will never get rid of her.
Thanks Raz! I'm playing the waiting game at this point.Originally posted by Blue04ss View PostLOL!! You guys crack me up! By the way congrats on the new house!!
I already have the cutout I just need the electronic flapper thingy, plus I'd rather not hack up the nice stainless lm1.Originally posted by white97z28 View PostI think im going to put some small mufflers right before the tips on my dynomouth to quite it down a bit i'm really hoping its still loud enough just not crazy. Not sure what your exact setup is Michael, but i liked my 20TL the most when it was combo'd with my stock exhaust manifolds and cat. It had a substantial rumble to it that way. Later on i added a cutout, and that quietted the note from the 2otl significantly because that extra cavity acted as a muffler chamber. It was also still quieter with headers and a cutout than it was with manifolds and a cat... Im guessing headers just even the exhaust pressure more. I never had headers straight to the 20tl with no cat or cutout but if i had to guess that setup would sound pretty good. Headers with the cutout and 20tl sounded good, but quiet. My cutout was left halfway open the majority of the time.Last edited by JoeliusZ28; September 10th, 2013, 08:21 AM.-Joel

Contacted ddm, they have a one year warranty on their products so I'm going to return my bad ballast.

getting rid of the bullet should help. Also, the design of the y-pipe can also make a noticeable difference in sound.-Joel

I need to go through the whole thing. Just don't have the time or money. I also need to get the cutout in the place of the dynomax.Originally posted by JoeliusZ28 View Postgetting rid of the bullet should help. Also, the design of the y-pipe can also make a noticeable difference in sound.
Good! Lol I was debating on not even going through the hassle and just buying a new ballast for $15.Originally posted by white97z28 View PostWow it's not very often you can actually get ahold of someone at ddm! You my friend are lucky!!
Another thing on my list is a lid swap
