Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!
If you have any problems with the registration process or your account login, please contact us!

Where you home on Saturday Joel? Me and Moner were coming back from a party @ 29 & Indian Trail and floored the bomber by your house hoping you would hear it

if it was after 6:00 I should have been there. was my truck in the driveway?
Meh. It was a 10ft car. There were a lot of things that I wanted fixed from the previous owner. The headlight covers had rock chips all over them, the hood was never prepped before it was painted so you could see the fiberglass, paint was starting to peel on the rear bumper, and what finally made me decide to get it painted - the scratches down the drivers side from when my Mom side swiped it.
If it's anything like what you've mentioned to me before, should look AWESOME!
I wish that was the case. It would be too much work and money to get the door jams and such done for a complete color change. It will most likely end up the same as before.
That being said, does anyone have any recommendations on where to get my car painted? I should be done with the body work in a week or so.
So just going black again or something a little different? Also How much you looking to spend on a paint job. That has a lot to do where to go...
Yeah, it will stay black so I don't have to redo the door jams, engine bay, etc.
I got quotes from two places that were both around the same price:
Body Labor - 50 hrs @ $40 - $2000
Paint Labor - 14 hrs @ $40 - $560
Paint Supplies - 14 hrs @ $23 - $322
That is what made me decide to do the body work. I thought that the paint quote was decent.
