  • [Project] <Project> 1998 Trans Am Upgrades

I have been waiting about 2 years now to finally be able to order this stuff and start doing some real mods to my car.

    What I still need:
    • Wideband
    • O2 Extensions
    • Plug Wires
    • Header Gaskets
    • Knock Sensors

    What I have so far:

    • LPP Stainless Longtube Headers
    • LS6 Intake
    • HPTuners
    • TR55 Sparkplugs
    • Cutout with Turndown
    • Shock Tower Brace

I'm really looking forward to getting started on this!

If my front O2's are relatively new, and I can get two 24 in O2 extensions for $30, would that be a better route?

I'm extremely jealous, if I ever decide to modify my car more those are the next things I'm going to do.

Nice project, are you going to drop the k frame down some to give you room or doing it as the engine sits in the engine bay?

no need to touch the k member Larry my headers slid in without touching anything, they fit even better than the old manifolds.
                              Doing less with more
