        Ain't that the truth... Putting the headers on should be easier if the design is better.

          • if you want the headers to slide in easy, unmount one side of the engine at a time and tip it over on the other mount. Its a piece of cake.

            • Have fun, Fred. Getting the header into place isn't the hard part, IMHO... it's getting the damned bolts tight and torqued.

                • only thing "involved" in unmounting the engine is that you have to lift the engine such that the engine is niether lifting or resting on the mount... and the bolt will slide right out. Kind of tricky but still very easy.

                  • You dont have to unmount the engine at all. Get the car way in the air so you can angle them up and they slide right in. Trust me. Once I had my old shit off I had the headers on it maybe 45 min.

                    PS: If you need O2 extensions, I have a set. If you come pick them up I'll give them to you for $10. My car is tuned in open loop so I dont need them.
