  • SSC Springs. About a 1.75-2" drop. 10k miles on them. Spring rate is close to the SS/SC spring.

      • Yep, and I bought a set of aluminum SS/SC lower control arms, and a [24mm] SS/SC front sway bar as well. The guy brought them to USPS, but the ****ers haven't shipped the stuff out yet!

EDIT: Looks like they just decided to update everything - out for delivery!

          • SS/SC aluminum lower control arms. A little scraped on the bottom, but shouldn't affect anything.

              • this has to be one of the best slow builds on a budget I have seen so far, nice going kyle..

Little info, a guy that I am now in Biz with builds cobalts and 3800 SC cars.. he said one of them they can get 530 hp out of but when they do it splits the trans, which I thought was AMAZING to get that kinda power out of one..

                    • I'd love to do that. The factory crank is rated to 600 hp, my rods...only 250.

                        • according to Jarred the guy I know he says the company he works for is making them all over the US and world now, his shop alone has done over 20 cobalts to over 400HP

they are VERY reliable.. I know he said that is on E85 as well, but they live at 400 plus at the 530 mark they split trannys like no tomorrow

I think they have one of the fastest GTPs in the country as well, not 100% on that though, but I do know the guy had the first 10 sec gtp in the nation
