Well, Vince, my tuner tweaked something, and now Power Enrichment is "turning on".
I'm running between 11 and 12 AFR at WOT now, which is optimal! I ran a datalog, and he said it looks great, and to drive it around. If there's any issues, he'll fix 'em, otherwise, his job is done!
