Spend the extra money and invest in a nicer filter such as a K&N, Airaid, etc. Those cheap filters will fall apart on you in a hurry and let so much dirt by. Hell, I have one you can have if the mounting diameter is the same. Measure it and let me know!Originally posted by MP81 View PostGot my modded SS/SC intake today.

I need to find a hydroshield/drycharger to fit this filter, though...2005 Yamaha R6

Everyone seems to have luck with the Spectre filters. A friend of mine who I work with has had one on his Taurus for a year or two, seems to be good...
But, I have the dimensions of the filter, cause a K&N would be better.
"6" OD, Tapers to 4-3/4" OD, Filter Height: 5-1/2", Overall Height: 6-3/4". For 3",3-1/2" and 4" Inlets"Gone but not forgotten: 1986 Chevrolet Camaro IROC-Z

Got my Cobra Heat Exchanger and Bwoody brackets today!!!
The heat exchanger was it much better condition than most used ones you buy out there...this was one of the bigger pieces that I was worried about getting. Got it, though.

Haha, I'm just sayin, if I even thought about doing forced induction, hell probably even a cam, my dad would go apeshit, lol. Not that it would stop me, but he still wouldn't be happy.

AHAHAHAHAHA, I was wondering if something like that was going on. If you can get it installed without her knowing, just tell her that your power steering pump is going bad.

YAY!
Me and my dad finished my sub installation.
So I have my MTX 500W 10" Thunder6000 Sub and my Kenwood 1000W Two-Channel amp installed, running off a Line-Out converter and it sounds awesome - thumps real nice too.

EDIT:
Decided that I'll leave the rear seat half un-latched, so I can fold it down when I'm driving and have more bass, and then fold it up (not latching it) when I park.
Yay!
