Can't figure out why the 4L80e is in limp mode... Also feels like the torque converter is in lock up also. Checked and rechecked my wiring and it's right. All I can think is the segment swap I payed for, wasn't actually installed. Smdh. I'm about to throw in the towel

EFI live is the better way to go with segment swaps, but you can have a go with my HP Tuners.

can you get another harness and make the manual shift "box" that I posted. That will let us know if it's internal to the trans or the wiring. Did you use the internal trans harness that came with the trans? That one was new but if I remember 2 of the tabs got broke. Make sure it didn't slide back into the case.

Will try a whole new pcm later this week with a good segment swap in it. The harness is good because we dyno'd the trans after it was rebuilt and all was good. I think it's a bad segment swap

Update - still having wiring issues. I'm ready to just pay someone to do the harness correctly. I'm tired of dealing with it. I want to enjoy it this year. I also need a stock ls1 fuel rail if anyone has one for sale. PayPal ready. Can anyone recommend someone to figure out the harness on the west side of the state

Mike - sorry you are still having issues man.

The only way to figure it out is with a multi meter. Print out all the diagrams you have and pull the harness and go one wire at a time. It's going to suck but you'll be able to figure it out.

Sadly nope. Actually posted it for sale a few days ago but can't figure out what I want for it. Think I'd rather have a nice boat. But I think I'm going to take it to a shop in jenison and see how much they soak me for getting the trans wiring straight. Then I still need to do my dual fuel pumps, exhaust, and a couple small things. Then it needs a good tune. I'm tired of it collecting dust and draining my account

Finally got the trans issue figured out. It was obviously a wiring issue. Unsure exactly what but idc. Now to get the rest of the stuff done. Setting up a tune date as I type this. Hope to be able to enjoy this damn thing before summers over
