  • Well, summit is on their game lately.

Ordered yesterday 4:30-5pm, came back from lunch a bit ago and found it on my desk!

Going to send my 2 place ashtray switch plate over to my uncle to have him cut me a new one. Cutout, Line lock, bottle heater, arm, purge. Thinking that's all I will need. Anyone who has one, how have you mounted yours? Mine is just floating in the ash try cubby hole.

    • Having never worked with AN fittings and this braided hose stuff before, school me.

Coming off of the blow down fitting on the bottle, I need a 180 to turn the blow down port down twards the ground right? So, what kind of 180 do I need? I see there are all sorts of them, mostly just various ways they connect to the hose, push on, socketless, auto fit? Secondly, when I get this 8an hose to make my blow down tube, will it have ends on it already? How does that work?

Basic setup is bottle in spare tire area, need a 180 off of the blow down port on the bottle, then need about 2ft of hose, which will connect to the bulkhead fitting I already have. Sound right?

                • I ran TR6's also. About 2 years ago I switched to BR7's. No difference in performance, ran the same numbers at the track.. Guess it is a personal preference. I switched because Nitrous outlet was backing that switch..
