    • Thats what I was thinking, its just getting the trans out thats the problem. My jackstands dont go high enough, and we are crazy busy re doing a bunch of stuff at my parents house getting ready for my sisters open house, so any projects at my house are on the back burner until june 8th at 7pm when her open house is over, lol.

I dont have any current pictures right now, but ill get some when I get home. Still lots of work to do so dont judge!

      • Do you need to cut the floor and pour a new thicker foundation for the lift? Just wondering how much effort is required to retrofit a lift into an existing building...

i am also wondering about that.. were in the process of knocking down our old garage now to put up a 32x56 and are planning on a lift, if i have to make a thicker spot now for concrete i would rather do it now then cut it out and do it then

          • We are unsure at this point, havent drilled it and checked for depth yet. We need to make sure its not a pre-tentioned slab first though, no need to wreck the whole floor or kill the guy drilling, lol. I doubt it is, but you never know.

            • I think it also depends on the lift. From what I've sorta gathered on GarageJournal - 4 post lift seems to be OK on most regular slabs, but the 2 posts usually require thicker pads or a higher strength concrete.

              • You are correct, most 4 post lifts can go on anything. Hell, some even come on casters. 2 posts are a different story, mine is a 2 post asymmetric with 45 degree rotated columns. Im still havent gone through all the paperwork to see what it requires.

                      • I assume required concrete thickness.

Johnny, seen you tried to PM me, give me 5 to clear a few PM's and try again!

I think the stock pump will get me by NA, but I've basically come to peace with needing to swap it before the bottle gets hooked up.
My stock pump wouldn't keep up with my bolt on car - do yourself a favor and put a pump in it. Then have the D/C of the injectors checked when it's tuned.

                            • Why are those not resizing?

EDIT: They resized, but when I hit the yellow bar to blow them up I can only see the left edge, it wont show the whole picture...
