K, I still had my original Passenger o2 harness that I made and ran on the dyno so I ohmed it out and this is what I got:

12v Power wire Pink: .2 ohm
                Hi Res Purple: .3 ohm
                Low res Tan: .5 ohm
                Ground Black: .5 ohm

I believe we have the problem Houston!

Once you found out what I did you told me that it was a bad deal.

Joel was worried that I had a crossed wire or over lashed valves but I think he might have mentioned that also.
I just got that off the car today.

The dyno #'s are most likely from weak valve springs and that will not be done till later.
o2 harness will go back in I hope tomorrow.
I have to go and start building a swing set now

                              what springs are in it?
                              how much lift?

what evidence is there that the springs are weak?

Even if the springs are weak, and i see no reason to believe they are, he has his valve lash set to 3/4 turn past zero. To my knowledge that is within spec but on my car that was NOT an optimal adjustment. As i recall it was starting to pressurize the valve stem if I went beyond 3/4 turn at all. Even if springs are a suspicion try loosening up the valve lash first, it cant hurt. Some people run as little as 1/8 turn with no problems.

I believe mine are set to 1/3 turn past zero lash.
