didnt get it done
had to tear into the front half of the tranny to fix a leak. had to wire in the lingenfelter control module and reroute/fix/wiretie the wiring harness for a nicer install. got stumped on what to do trying to mount the 98 perimeter style coil packs on to the corvette brackets. is there a different set of coil brackets i can make fit the 98 coil packs or is it going to have to be a custom job?? anyways motor and tranny are installed, brake lines done.... well all that is left to do is radiator, driveshaft, torque arm, exhaust, and a couple little odds and ends. im thinking another 3 or 4 hours and itll be done

are the truck coils better, whether it be 5.3 or 6.0?Originally posted by sman View PostI think your going to either need to fab something up or just get a set of newer style coil packs and brackets. I dont THINK you can put the 98 coils in the newer brackets. But ive only used truck style coils, so IDK for sure.sigpic
