I'd like to get out more this summer, last year was hard due to where i worked and still wanting to get home first, but did get out a couple times. Down side is, looks like I'll be on 2nd shift for the foreseeable future, so that'll put a damper on things. Guess I'll be able to get out mid day the week before Woodward though

I was out Friday night with Rick and Tyler, we didn't see anyone else though.

If they call me to come get the car today, I'll be driving right by the Ducati store anyway, so I might stop by for a photo or two, but I'm not expecting any company while I'm out there!

I didn't pick up my car until Saturday; I drove by Ducati with it later that evening and not even the Detroit 5th Gens were out there.

I think the Royal Oak PD and the shopping center management has finally shut down the "ricer" hangout at Normandy, so now they seem to hang out across the street at the various businesses. Last night there were just a half-dozen guys with pickups over there -- the weather killed off everyone else's desire to go out.

Guess they didn't appreciate the constant weekly business, so they'd rather have nobody come in Friday nights?

Yep, Potbelly's. I'm not seeing the kids hang out there like in prior years. Either the stores complained to the cops, or the cops just took it on themselves to quash the car culture, or maybe a little of both.

I'm sure a few sandwiches got sold on weekend evenings, but by and large, the vast majority of lot denizens were neither sandwich buyers or latte-sippers.
