Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!
If you have any problems with the registration process or your account login, please contact us!
those trans are different than the v8's and those clutches will get fryed, but im sure you now that travis, and hopefuly your band wont brake, and for the n/a HP you set it up right you should make around 300 at the crank maybe more... the cams alone can jump 40hp depending on witch one.. and the tune.. Good luck with the build travis, and those holden intakes work very well... you will like it., keep me updated, Latter, and ya i have a v6 that hangs with the big boys alreaddy..
and its just a single turbo....
So now travis, what suspension setups are you planning to run? A stock setup or something else? Picked out tires? you mentioned picking up salad shooters for some drag radials i though... maybe it was a different thread. but know what your getting?
Suspension is covered decently already. I have:
UMI LCAs
UMI PHR
ES poly Torque Arm Bushing
Stock V6 Springs
Z28 rear swaybar
Yea I am still looking for salad shooters and then I will add some nice rubber to them for the track. My hankook's will do just fine though for now for the street.
A UMI torque arm will be later on after I get some runs in to see how much trouble I have launching. I have a set of UMI subframe connectors here that I might put on if needed as well.

Actually the 2000-2002 "Snowflake" 10 spokes are a pound or 2 lighter than the salad shooters from the info I've found. I sold my 2nd set of them a couple months ago though.

yea until it blows, lol. Being an auto and not on the bottle all the time the rear should last decently though.
Looking for over 300-310 flywheel horsepower NA and then I have two stages of nitrous on it that I can ramp up whenever with some nozzles
As for the holden intakes, yea the first to use both upper and lower intakes. Tim King from intense-racing used the lower intake on their twin turbo race car
