I know they are. I'm just having a hell of a time getting my hands on a spare one to build. If I have to I guess I can let the old lady drive the Grand Marquis a few weeks while I tear hers out, rebuild it, and put it back in.....2005 Yamaha R6

this sounds great to me I'm really interested to see how this turns out, instead of waiting on one of these V6 guys to go turbo I'd love to see someone go N/A and then spray it on top. Good luck.Doing less with more

yea there are way to many people going turbo nowadays. Not fun to follow all them. I also like to be different, hence why I am trying out these holden intakes.------------------------------------------

I don't mind so many people going turbo, its for a good reason, but what I meant was these V6 guys that claim they are gonna go turbo but then realize it costs lots of money and then they back out.Doing less with more

Your car is different then most of the stuff out there. First off you are doing a V6. Second, you are doing nitrous instead of boosted. Finally you are doing a holden intake and abbot heads. Pretty hardcore little sixxer!Originally posted by 97rs4life View Postyea there are way to many people going turbo nowadays. Not fun to follow all them. it is a stock block, the internals really make it a nitrous setup as then you can run a bigger shot.Doing less with more

Double roller timing chain and MLS cometic .052" headgaskets are now on the way. Just put in the order.
gaskets should bump up my compression ratio by approximately 0.1:1. Nitrous and NA will like that.
Stock compression for the 3.8l engine is 9.4:1 if any of you were wonderingLast edited by 97rs4life; January 8th, 2008, 09:04 PM.------------------------------------------
