Mike's family informed me that he passed from massive blood clots. I guess he didn't even make it to the hospital, passed in the ambulance.

I'm happy to announce we raised $350 in donations for Mike's funeral. I donated the money today to their fundraising page which puts them over their goal.

For those coming to the viewing tomorrow, what time were you planning on going? I can be there any time after 5:45pm.

That's what I get for donating before reading my e-mail - we had $45 more in donations waiting in my paypal account when I got home that came in late. That brings the grand total for donations to $395.

Hi, my name is Dan and michael Greenan known as 1994 z28 to everyone on this forum was my uncle. Mike was having problems breathing Sunday night and went to bed, woke up was still having trouble catching his breath so jennifer, his girlfriend called 911 and they put him in the ambulance. He was talking to the paramedics as they were loading him in and then his lips turned blue. They did CPR on him in front of the house and on the sy to the hospital. He was gone before they even got there. The autopsy showed he had multiple blood clots in his body and one on his heart. The clots had built over time. I want to thank all of you for the kind words and donations you have made. I had to join the site to do this and mike told me about this site long time ago and always said it was really cool. I bought my first Camaro years ago and that'swhen mike started buying and building the dozens he's had over the year. Thank you again from my whole family.

Bummer that you're joining under the circumstances, Dan, but welcome to the site regardless.

****ing blood clots...that's what put my dad back in the hospital after his cancer surgery and ultimately lead to his death - they believed his had built up over time too. Very, very sad.

                      • For those going tonight, what time do you want to meet up to go? Angie said she's not going so she can let Bailey (our dog) out when she gets home, so that frees me up to be able to go anytime after work. I get out at 4pm.

                          • I've got the Caddy SRX, so we can take that if you're interested. Kevin was interested in going too. Do we want to meet up somewhere in Warren and then go from there?

                              • Alright - talked with Kevin. For anyone interested in going to Mike's viewing with us, we'll meet at the Starbucks parking lot just north of 12 Mile Rd on Mound Rd where Buffalo Wild Wings is. We'll plan to leave at 5:30 (should give you plenty of time to get there, Joel). I've got the Cadillac SRX so I can comfortably fit 3 extra passengers in the car.

Kevin would like to attend the memorial service at 7pm, I'm not sure if I'm planning on staying that long but we'll see.
