Wow - Don't even know what to say right now because I'm so shocked. Gaspo sent me a PM saying that he got a phone call from Mike's girlfriend that he was in the hospital after throwing his back out and that he somehow passed away... I'm not sure of the specifics right now, just passing along the news. Once I find out more I'll be sure to post arrangements and what not. Unbelievably sad news.

    Rest in Peace Mike Greenier.

Very sad news, he was a cool guy and very young as well. Please if you can find out the details, I will search as well. We should send some flowers again and I would love to donate.

    RIP

I never met the guy but I know he has been around for a while. Can someone volunteer to send flowers? I will donate some money.

Send donations to paypal@mifbody.com for flowers but we're going to need more information first (like his last name) so we can find out what the funeral arrangements are and such. I'm still in shock - how do you pass away after throwing your back out?

i got a text at noon saying he was in the hospital and then a call at 2:15 with her very upset telling me he passed away. i'm not sure if it had something to do with throwing out his back of if it was something else. he told me he had some bulging discs in his back and in his neck.

Ah, I just checked my e-mails and Dave Glister passed along the news to me too, with his full name. I'll be watching for obituary postings so we can post the funeral arrangements and know where to send the flowers to.

Donations to purchase flowers can be sent to paypal@mifbody.com -- if your e-mail isn't obvious, please include your username so I can make a list of those who donated.

Man, I'm just in utter shock right now...

Only two things I can think of is one of the discs somehow damaged the spinal cord that led to complications, or the pain he felt as actually something heart related. Whatever happened, very sad to hear. I never had the pleasure of meeting him, but it sounds like he touched on many lives here. Prayers for the family and friends.

Ironically enough, many of us met him through all the items he was buying and selling. That's how I met him myself, only the one time, when he met me at work to drop off some pushrods that my dad bought from him. He just sent me a PM over the weekend letting me know he had a friend interested in my Magnaflow exhaust, too... Crazy.
