Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!
If you have any problems with the registration process or your account login, please contact us!
Thanks for filling us in, John. Sorry again for the loss of your uncle.
I'm planning on heading to the viewing on Thursday - does anyone want to join me in going? Since it goes until 9pm we can work around people's work schedules.

Yes, I want to go. I would be coming from the Tech Center, what time range were you thinking?

I have to go home and let my dog out (I get home at 5pm), but after that I can meet down there whenever.
Happy to announce that we've received over 200 in donations thus far. To be able to make the donation for funeral expenses, I need to transfer the $ to my personal paypal account and then transfer it to my bank account while also writing the check for the donation. If anyone else plans to donate, please make the donation tonight.
Kevin - thank you for mentioning the possibility of donating the money to the family to help offset funeral costs. Upon becoming friends with Mike's relatives on Facebook, I saw that they are in fact taking donations to help pay for the funeral because Mike did not have life insurance. Guys - let's open our hearts, and our wallets, and do what we can to help Mike's family give him the proper funeral service he deserves.

Trying to donate the money but running into issues. I sent a message to Eric who set up the fundraiser to see if he knew what was going on. If that doesn't work, I'll write a check and deliver it tomorrow.
RIP Mike. I'm newer to the forum so I don't know a lot of members yet, but I've had similar life experiences and know what his family is going through. Was there ever any clarification on what happened?
