    looking good. i dont know much about the first system but is it it going to flow enough, theres a guy on tgo that he has one on his 383 and it doesnt like gaining power after 5k, i think he recently fixed the issue

      I know what 383 ur talking about, I think his tune is way off cause his HP #'s are way off. If the first is not big enough I will have the runners extrude honed and port the base. But I won't know till I get it running. Straight from the box this thing flows 235 cfm per runner. TB flows 834 cfm. So we will see.

          Neg. worked all weekend with being on call so I can spend all this overtime on new shiny parts. Glad its Sunday, almost done.

            bingo! I worked 66 hours in a 5 day work week. So I cant wait to spend my OT too, well at least half of it

              Ordered the rotating assembly from Ohio Crankshaft.

              • Ohio Crankshaft 4340 x 3.875 crank
              • 6.00 Manley rods
              • SRP professional dish pistons
              • 1.5 - 1.5 - 3.0 plasma moly ring
              • Federal Mogul race bearings
              • Internally balanced



              So its going to be a 421 c.i.

                  Sweet. I've been thinking about a 434 TPI or something large. Hopefully you can get this done and drive it to the meet and greet in June!

                    Lil update, Spent $400 at summit yesterday ordering up everything that was needed to put this monster together. Found a serpentine setup I really like. What do u guys think? Better then stock?

                            Well its going on my motor, I picked it up today. The guy that made the setup is named Austin and lived in Royal oaks. I got everything but the power steering pump and pulley. Its a sweet setup that would have been hard to pass up.

                              I saw this on Austin's ad on TGO. I would of bought it if big block wasn't in my car. Austin is awesome to work with I bought my custom clutch pedal setup from him for my t56 swap.

                              Jones makes nice shit!! Just think if you don't run power steering you won't need that $$$$ pump and tank.

                                UPS dropped of a box of goodies off today, should have the rotating assembly around the 14th. of this month.
