The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Soooooooo....STILL DOING IT! I think the belt is slipping. DanO said it looks like the tensioner is worn out. I think I might need a new belt after that aternator issue.
im pretty sure that stench comming from under the hood is the same as my cars, smells like a motor swap is imminent.. unfortunatly, my car has smelt that way for a long long time..

i know i havn't posted in a long time, but my car did the same thing awhile ago and i replaced the belt also. But you made it sound like a clogged fuel filter also?
No, the smell is gone. That was the alternator. I meant that it's stalling when I start it, and sometimes when I drive it doesn't speed up. It seems like it's gonna stall on me. Maybe it is the belt.
I changed the fuel filter about 3 months ago. Also, what if I got bad gas? (Kyle mentioned that last time) I think I'm gonna pick up some of that fueldry stuff or whatever it's called.
