Nope not gonna be at the M&G. Have my graduation party to go to.
Shined up my exhaust tips today and then I started taking out the PS2 and camera system. They way the guy had some of the wiring was scary. Some wires where just taped together including the power wire for my amp.
So I removed the PS2, Camera, and a shit load of excess wiring with how he had things done. I need to rerun a power wire for my amp through the fire wall and remount it to a different spot so it's out of sight. Still need to remove the visor screen, but have to wait till I get a new head visor. I also need a new ttop head liner backing since he doesn't have anything other then his home made one.

Just cant' win. Fans don't seem to be coming on, coolant overflow tank is leaking, car is getting pretty hot, and still getting a little exhaust fumes out of pipe which Ron said isn't normal. I hope it doesn't have a leaking head gasket
if so I think the car is gone.

Most of it would be labor, and I've owned this car for 13 weeks and have only been able to drive it for a total of about 4 days! I can drive it now, just really have to keep an eye on the temp.

Yeah is it just getting hot becuase the fans arent coming on? that could mean t-stat or something electrical or wiring with the fans. Start there, if the coolant overflow is leaking why would you think head gasket? Like Vinnie said keep checking your oil, I wouldnt run that car too hot either. Get the fans to come on, I hard wired mine into the ignition of the car so they are always on. Just a thought.sigpic

That's probably what Ron and I are going to do tonight. A good amount of the wires under the hood are cut/melted from previous owner. So tonight we are going to change the thermostat and hard wire the fans to see if that fix's the problem. Also going to look at my coolant leak around the overflow tank.

Check to make sure the sensor in the head that controls the fans isnt bad. Eric L

Ron wired my 1 of my fans to always be on when the car is on, so I no longer have the heat issue. Now it's an oil pressure issue. ugghhh I'm really starting to hate this car.
