indicates you should try some niacin, inthe vitamin aisle (a B vitamin) you don't have to be deficient. Keep it under 500mg dose, you may have to wait up to an hour for it to kick in, won't hurt you unless you have heart problems. I'd try 200 or 300 to start. you'll keep warm, the flush will subside quicker than it came, you'll stay warm. Here in the UP, all the ski bunnies have thanked me for telling them, they stay warm on the slopes much longer, and sleep better.
