The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. I'll have to grab a picture of mine. 3in in/out Magnaflow (really tamed the nastiest frequencies but not much quieter, $75) with a muffler strap/hanger that is mounted to a bolt going through the tunnel into the cabin. Turn down right at the tip to dump before the axle.

Car is running good. It was acting really weird the other day but seems to be fine now.
Attempting to mount an aftermarket seat and having a full time with that. Will be putting the car away shortly and tearing apart to fix an oil leak I have
Ive "heard" the best way to mount an aftermarket seat is to use stock sliders from a manual adjust seat and bolt them directly to the aftermarket seat. I fabricated my own brackets, the ones you can get on summit would have had my head sticking through the ttops

That's what I did. I wouldn't say it's the best but it worked
Bought a ss wang. Was a solid Benjamin from Carid. I decided it's time to work on the overall appearance of the car. I have a long list for the winter this year.
Been awhile, happy new year. New year new parts.
Decided to upgrade the shocks from the kyb agx to koni oranges. I also added strano springs powdercoated pinky.
Rear lower control arms are also installed and relocation brackets.
I then moved to the front. Had some minor rust up at the mount that I cleaned up and professionally repainted
Sealing up those little areas of rust now will make a big difference in the future. Good on you for taking the time to address it now.
The drivers side was worse. From what the Internet told me, it's really the passenger side that gets it the worst. Regardless, I wire brushed it down and painted.
Spring is here! Got the car out Tuesday. Filled up with some fresh gas. Worked on my engine bay some more. It's a lot better than what it was last year. Went out to Woodward Tuesday and the exhaust was scraping on the way home. Hopefully this fixes it for the 8th time. https://youtu.be/S_gn_E8EcxE And a video! It was only running on 7 cylinders here because dumbo Dan forgot to connect #3 spark plug wire. Didn't notice it until Wednesday when I was under the hood cleaning! I plan on doing the wire tuck mod in the coming weeks. Car rides great with the koni orange shocks!
Been a monthish Got caught in a heavy down pour and soaked the air filter. Kept having surging issues after that and the car just ran like complete shit. Figured it was fuel pump time and a new air filter. Still had issues after that so I cleaned the MAF and replaced O2s. Issue was fixed after that and all the power was back. Yay Then it was time to work on fixing all the little bugaboos. I finally FINALLY fixed the damn exhaust, but I've ordered a new setup now. It'll be nice and shiny. The spoiler is getting painted finally. I reinstalled my fog lights and fixed the lighting issue with the taillights. Lastly ive removed all the glue residue off the windshield and rear window from vinyls. The last pic is just a comparison to what they looked like before.
Duct strapping /= duct tape, duct tape is way more fancy.
