Not necessary for a LT1, youre not trying to manage 620hp and keep stock driveability. A competition 3/4/5 clutch will work just fine for you.-Joel

Well, then the most appropriate solution seems to be to swap an LS3 or LS7 into it, and then go with the Katech-adapted LS9 clutch package.
