Post some pics of that pan installed if you don't mind, I've always wondered how it looks and how well it clears compared to a standard SBC pan

Yeah even with the F-body pan, a notch is going to be required. Holley pan's are GTG if I recall correctly though.

It says he notched the k-member. Damn. I guess I will buy the Holley LS swap oil pan.Originally posted by Iroc'nthe87 View Post

I knew the Corvette was longer, but I thought the F-body was deeper so I would gain some there. I see they are both 5" at the back but it looks like the F-body angles down a bit as it goes forward.Originally posted by Iroc'nthe87 View PostI think the issue isn't so much to do with the depth as it is with the length of the lower 'valley' which is like 13.5, in comparison to the f-body's 11.5. I would imagine the cut into the K-member would be rather significant and probably take away a bit of integrity from it as well to fit that pan.

I did find one individual who used the vette pan on TGO. No clean pics of the cut he made into the K though.

Far as I know your vet pan will not work with stock k member unless you notch it and I also remember people saying it hits the right side control arm?

I haven't been able to find it. Only with F-body and truck pans. The C6 is pretty low profile.
