How close is it to driving?
The yellow looks a lot more neon in person and doesn't look like Lakers colors.

I just need to fix the speedo and tach signals and put mufflers on it then I can take it down the street. Then it's on the trailer and over to the body shop.

Alright. I can't contain these rad colors any longer.

Installed the Katech belt tensioner last night. Yes, it's purple. I finished up a few PCV lines then fired it up and bled the cooling/power steering systems. It runs! It's a little loud though without mufflers. I need to work on the calibration of the tach and speedometer signals because they are way too high.

I didn't do that because I think 475hp will be enough for this car. I'm not building the rear end or doing any other modifications to support that kind of power in a third gen with the exception of subframe connectors. The trans is built for 475hp with a stock stall and I didn't want a higher stall that would be required for the camshaft.

Really looks amazing, man - I love where you took it. Great attention to detail, but all upgrades looks like they always belonged there, like it was built that way.
Thank you. That was exactly the look I was going for so it means a lot to me. I want to build the car as if GM were building it today for SEMA.

The car cranks and fires. I only ran it for a second because I don't have a belt on it. I'm waiting for the Katech belt tensioner that is on backorder. I also need mufflers.
