Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!

not much to update, I got real sick for about 2 weeks, and we had some family stuff that came up, but I'll be getting some work done to the car this week! finally!
Also, was just offered a complete 5.3 engine again with only 80k miles for $500, including wiring harness and all accessories.. so tempting (especially since I haven't started the 383 build yet)
thanks guys, maybe saturday (assuming the wife doesn't care) I could throw an open invite out to anyone who wants to swing by, I really only have a handful of things to do to get it going, but its just been hard to find the time, but things seem like they have finally slowed down and I am finding more time to work on the car. I am determined to have it at the meet and greet.. even if that means towing it there (last resort)
So I listed the old rear end, 700r4 and qjet/intake on craigslist last night and looks like I have interest in all 3.. wasn't figuring anyone would want that stuff.. but I guess so.. it'll put me most of the way towards the cost of that 5.3 haha! I guess maybe my plans are changing again! back to the LSx swap haha
Edelbrock intake is on, need to get a few little odds and ends for it to be fully hooked up fuel lines and such.. But I'll be grabbing those in a bit.. Hopefully will get a startup vid for ya'll
Hell yeah! Feels good bro. I'll come down one evening next week to check it out if you're free.
BTW I have some cool suspension stuff to give you
woohoo!!
So a small update, I am working out a deal with Darren on some small things needed for the car, he is providing me with the correct throttle bracket and a heater core for the car. He also said he was going to help me look into the fan wiring stuff, so thats good
I am going to take the tires and have them mounted here pretty soon. This is getting soooo close to being driveable!!!
