• I installed a clutch, burned up a clutch, removed clutch, installed new clutch already! Get moving. Plus your trans is still in the car its even easier. That clutch and motor could be in your car in 3 hours max.

                    • That's what I'm shooting for. I've never done a clutch before so there's a learning curve. Lots of these things are firsts for me.

                          • Today the remaining engine parts were assembled and we got her installed. Had a tough time aligning the input shaft splines so we wound up having to drop the trans.. and exhaust. PO decided that it was a great idea to tack the hangers to the torque arm.

A few trips to the hardware store, a few beers, and many hours later... here are the results.

Spec Clutch. Looks solid. Great packaging. Did not come with bolts which was odd but I'll live.

Ready to go in. The powder coating that Darren did looks amazing.

                              • Darren swung by yesterday and we got the trans, #3 car torque arm, and aluminum driveshaft in the car.

Leaving for key west on monday for a week. When I return it's down to accessories.

I'm going to order some big sway bars. May as well since the car is jacked up so high. It's a big pain in the ass to do so I may as well take advantage of it.
