I actually bought the material online from a retro upholstery shop and asked them to diamond stitch it with a 1/4 inch foam back. Using the templates I made off of the original door panels, I adhered the material to the cards using action upholstery spray adhesive. By far the best stuff I've used. Puts 3M super 77 to shame.

There's lots of cool vinyl products out there. Most are pleated with a heat press so the stitching is actually fake. 25 bucks a yard. Can't beat it

Picked up a deck and pair of 6.5 speakers on amazon for a deal. Soundstream SSL isn't my ideal vision of "quality audio".. but then again, it just needs to play rockabilly loud enough to get over the exhaust drone. Upon opening the deck I immediately noticed that I accidentally ordered a digital media deck instead of a cd player.. whatever, it'll do. The price was right and it has front USB.

Mocked up some kick panels using the decrepit OE pieces using the same board as the door panels. With a little bit of added moisture and sun exposure, the panels were bent to angle into place. The metal behind the kick panels is convex. Glad this worked because there was not much room between the drivers kick and the e Brake Handle to work fiberglass.

With that being said, I'm ready to call this interior finished. The only items left to tackle are body work, paint, pin striping, and new rubber (i may as well had been outside in the rain when driving home last weekend)
