So I've been watching this very clean 95 formula forever on craigslist.
Went from 2500$ down to 2000$.. well I decided I'd go check it out.
So I did. And to my surprise it was a 1995 bright red formula 6SPEED t top
Car with 100k (I'm the 3rd owner) in the passenger seat there's a brand
New center force stage 3 racing clutch (box was empty, already installed)
Guy says it needs a starter and that it won't start. Says its been sitting
For over a year and hasn't ran. So we give it a little push start.
I drop the clutch. And it starts right up and idles. No smoke. No ticks
No knocks. Perfect oil pressure. (Cold 40 psi warm 40 psi) rev the engine
Psi shoots to 80. Push in the clutch and brakes pop..... blew a front line.
So I open the hood expecting dirt grime and filth..... little did I know
This engine is so clean I could eat off it....
Went thru all gears without a peep.... I ended up grabbing the car for..........
1050$ yup you read it right a 95 firebird formula 6 speed t top car with
100k miles for a little over a grand...
Needs a starter (have one)
Brake line and flush (have and can do)
And a cat back. (Dumped at the rear axle)
