I know lol great car for the money I'm tell in ya... once I replace the plug and wire on #7 cyl it will run a whole lot better

So here's something that I love about this car also. So I start going over all of the connectors
Under the hood and I notice it has a brand new optispark harness.
So I follow it down to the opti. and boom a brand new optispark
And its mad.. this guy spent some money on this car right before it was parked.

So it already has its first mods. Strut tower brace. Hurst short
Throw shifter. Throttle body bypass. Vats bypass (why the guy
thought it needed a starter) silencer delete. Ported Maf ends,
Descreened Maf, cleaned maf.

Next is dynatech long tubes.
Polished fuel rails
Little dress up.
Nice wash and wax
Air up the tires.
Vacuum
Ws6 rims (coming off the Camaro)
Let's see how fast I can take this car and make it
Mint.

Anyone want to estimate on how long it will take? No black duct
Tape will be used in this process TRY MEH

1995 firebird formula m6 project thread

Starting a project thread for my bird.

Bought it stock besides the strage 3 clutch

So far it has a hurst competition plus short throw shifter (paid 20$)
Umi strut brace (from the camaro)
Ws6 rims (coming off the camaro)
Throttle body bypass
52mm tb
Silencer delete
Skipshift bypass.
Vats bypass
Ported maf ends. (have stock spares)
Descreened maf

Soon to happen is
Fan toggle switch (never trusted stock programming)
Double din radio mod
Turn the rotors
Wash and wax the entire car.

Great find at a stellar price! Bring it on over with some beers and lets wheel it out!

I don't discriminate! At long as its cold, I'm down! I'll be heading up to traverse city this weekend but one day after this heat breaks! It's like breathing in bath water

Agreed there lol. Trying to figure out why it wont
Start with the key. Thinking clutch switch.

What a deal! But I predict a lot of gremlins to work themselves out.

Only one im having problems with is the fact that the starter
Is draining aton of power from the battery so it won't even crank.

Found the problem. Has a bad ground from the battery to the block.

Careful with the descreened MAF. You should ALWAYS retune after this mod

pics

Few pics to update. 2013072095145832.jpg2013072095145804.jpg2013072095145742.jpg2013072095160908.jpg2013072095145858.jpg2013072095145842.jpg2013072095161113.jpg2013072095161138.jpg2013072095161019.jpg

After a nice wash and good interior cleaning it came out nice.
Im replacing the interior with white power leather seats. And new carpet.
Plastics and seat belts are also being changed.
