Thank you, still have more tweaking to do.Originally posted by DETROITMUSCLE View Postthis car could make a few bucks off of some unsuspecting people, you've made great progress with it over the years, nice work.
I want to get some skinnier fronts and put a better fuel pump in.
I have the 100 shot down pretty well but the 150 still not so much.

I tried spaying the 150, to get into the 10s,unfortunately it spun, also didn't seem to pick up much. I pulled an additional 2 degrees, so 4.5 total.
Gained 2 mph, but that could be attributed to spinning.
I think I need to wait and upgrade the fuel pump.

Made a couple personal best passes on the 100 shot today. Best was a 11.10 @122.

Sweet! A little bit more weight taken out , some skinnies and maybe 25 horse more on the n20 jetting and I think you'll have the cat in the bag for a high 10...
Congrats!

I still have a lot of stuff laying around for the car, just have not had the reason to down the car yet.
I will try for November NO ET, then start having fun taking it apart.
So far:
Upper and lower arms
K member
abs delete
racetronix fuel pump w/ hot wire kit
Also really wanting some racing rims/tires.
But it throws off the stock look.

Well car has been running great, went to go get gas to go down to WW, hit a bump and heard a horrible noise.
I could tell it was passenger front. Took it home and turned the wheel all the way and it looked like my qa1 was broken in half. Jacked it up and it turned out the strut mount broke. All the rubber was pulled through and still on the shank of the shock.
My biggest concern is that these were moog mounts with less than 3000 miles on them.
Not sure what I want to replace it with.
