ordered a tubular k-member and solid motor mounts from MWC, should be here in the next week some time. one step closer.


in addition to the things i have listed, is there anything else i'll need that you can think of?


- LS1 steering rack (i'd like to go manual, i think. but i have a feeling smaller steering wheel+315s in the front+ manual rack is going to be rough. a stock LS rack is probably cheaper too)
- F-body engine wiring harness (have one from the truck already)
- F-body alt bracket
- F-body oil pan
- LS fuel rail
- LS/T56 bell housing/input shaft/front plate
- Clutch and flywheel (may be getting one from a friend for cheap)
- Headers
- Corvette fuel pressure regulator

Awesome build Brad!

My Camaro will be similar but I plan use 17x9.5" on all four corners and keep wipers, heat, and door panels.
I might be able to help you out with a steering rack as well.

Thanks!! I may go to 9.5" fronts eventually once I get some power behind it to save more weight.

Anyone making the Farmington to Lansing drive any time soon? [MENTION=709]bri2203[/MENTION] has a steering rack for me that is in Farmington. I could throw you a couple bucks for gas and your troubles if so.

I'm contemplating getting the 6LE splitter and canards, they said they would hook me up with a deal since nobody has one on a LT body formula yet.

I keep going back and forth on them. I know a lot of people don't like them, but a lot of people drive boring ass cars that all look the same lol.

That would be cool! I would like one but the $400 would be better spent on a lighter hood, better seats, etc
