how sturdy is that plasti stuff ?

I think on another surface it would hold up much better, but on anodized aluminum I feel like it will peel pretty easily, I'm going to give it a try though and see if it holds up. I also don't see how it could be real easy to keep clean as its truly like sprayed rubber so its not smooth like paint, obviously not much of a concern for me on the fuel pump.

Jeff if you keep making progress like this - your car might be back together before mine.

your probably right Jeff, the smooth surface of the anodized aluminum does not give much bite for the plasti-dip to stick to.

car has full interior and it pretty darn clean when its not sitting inside collecting dust
