Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!
If you have any problems with the registration process or your account login, please contact us!

Huron Speed A/C Turbo Kit - Another Reason to Tear Into It
Ok, let's get this turbo install thing wrapped up!
Turbo cooling, the final piece of the puzzle - Even though it is oil less turbo, coolant needs to be run to keep temps down. So, instead of running lines to the block, I decided to tap into a heater hose in series to make for a good circulation in and out and also allow ease of installation.
So, I looked high and low for a fitting that would allow me to connect a -8an to a 3/4 barbed fitting, but I could not find one in this world!
I called on my good friend to make these two fittings work for me and it came out better than I thought! A little paint and they are done.

This is the worse project and poorest attention to detail I have seen. You should just hide it in my garage so the world can't see what a Frankenstein you have built. For shame, I will even give you some gummy bears just to take it out of your hands.

Expensive, but those calipers looks great! I like the blue color "pop" without being really bright and attention-whorish.
And, now I see the issue in the suspension. I didn't really follow why re-fitting it would be a challenge. Can you run some spacer blocks - possibly reinforced by gusseting or otherwise tying them in elsewhere for stability?
I am thinking we can make a bracket for that sway bar very easily. 1-piece that bolts to the factory location and leaves a spot for it to mount in the new lower location!
