Obviously not enough updates in the thread otherwise it'd still be on topic.

                ok one new updated shot...

concrete is down.. what a pain in the ass yesterday with it raining on and off all day.. everytime it would get dry enough to work on finishing it again it would start raining.. so needless to say we worked on it from 7 am to 7pm.. talk about a long day..

Looking good. I was expecting to see the frame work done first since the concrete was poured.

couple more pictures after we took all the boards off around the outside, cleaned it up a little and cut the cracks in it. blocks for the perimeter of the barn are going to be ordered tomorrow and delivered sometime this week so we can start building walls when lumber shows up hopefully this week as well.. now the fun begins

Those are big chunks I would almost bet your Gunna get cracks about halfway in between each of the cuts. Youll see mostly by the entrance of the door but I could be wrong.

Just going off of experience from our shop.

Also what's your plans for ceiling height? I would go atleast 12'. Anything less than 12' its kinda low. Plus at 12' you can get a full size truck up in the air quite aways.

there are cuts in the back half that u cannot see from the pictures.. and there will be a few more cut in the front half but we have to wait until after it gets inspected and we cut the drain out in the side on the left.. inspector will wonder why the cut has a spot its skipping where the drain is.

ceilings are going to be 10 ft. there isnt going to be a lift put in this garage anymore since i have access to three of them a mile up the road. so there really is no need to worry about that.
