I was thinking about a Competition Clutch but they are only rated to like 450ft lbs for a LT1.

There are a lot of positive reviews on Competition Clutches. I used to run one and never had an issue. I thought it was great. You can't beat them for the money.sigpic

I only had it in my car for about a year before I made some changes, but it looked fine when I removed it and I beat on it frequently.sigpic

Minor update that probably didn't need pictures. But I've got them anyway. The console I got had a minor crack. If I didn't have so much time on my hands I probably would've left it alone, but I got it JB welded from the back side. We're good to go.

T56 swap update. The auto trans is out. Flywheel and pressure plate/disc assy. Are on the car. Ill try and get some pictures of that tomorrow. Spring looks like it's right around the corner, so hopefully by the time it's done I can start DDing the car again.1997 Trans Am
