Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!
If you have any problems with the registration process or your account login, please contact us!
update: car is still running strong (and fast) changed to my normal oil and filter again filled her up with premium and still getting bad gas mileage.. roughly 25% less.
Drivers side low beam went yesterday morning. Replaced it. But I found those sealed beam conversions and now I'm really interested.. Oh we'll for now this is what I've got
Edit: also got both sides aimed ( they were pretty off to the side of the road)
Haven't updated this in a while. My
eBay HID kit came in the mail today should start to work on them Monday. M6 swap should be taking place soon still talking to a few shops and trying who to send it out to. Also want to get my calipers sent off to Darren for some PC. That's about it. Will post up some pictures of the HIDS when they're finished.
Well, i finally got them in. after i discovered that the cheap eBay gasket that comes on the HID is actually too thick for them to seat properly and lock in. so i took the gasket from the stock bulbs and put them on the HIDS. one bummer is my dad did some experimenting or whatever with one of the bulbs and didnt know you cannot touch them .. so i figured i'd throw it in there anyway. and it burnt out instantly.
Video.
P.S Yes i know my DRL is out. its just out of the socket right now.
Pictures while they were still "burning in" and were very very green.
starting to yellow out but still pretty green ( night shots only 1 still)

Also got an LS1 rad support and OEM lid from Brent. Looking for a used SLP lid for the future but the OEM lid is much better than the 90 degree bend I had before.
