haha I sure hope mine doesnt leak any oil after the rebuild...Im thinking black block,heads, water pump, valve covers are white, intake is polished thats it until I start putting it all back together.

It's an SBC...they all leak oil no matter what. As the old saying goes, if it's not leaking oil, you better check it because it's probably empty...lol

I'v got a guy that is one of the best at polishing metals, his name is gary lentz. he polished for alot of big names like mike moran/wheels to wheel/glidden. give me a holler if you need him. hes slow but the best.

yea, that will work, I get it from you when I make a trip up to your place. I have some vacation time set in august, just cause if I dont use it I loose it. So I rather get paid for not working. haha

yea I was hoping to loose a couple pounds is sweat today, I just drank a lot of and jumping in the pool every other helped so I'll be at it again tomorrow.

never seen a white block.. but I seen a guy with a neon green block with matching heads. Looked pretty wild. Took a lot of heat for the color choice(it was my cousin) but also got a lot of compliments.

not really a parrty, just a quick meeting of diesel guys, and a pick up of a tailgate I had in my garage for a buddy. Im just glad its out of my garage now.
