I owned another F Body for 6 months

My 1994 had a 4L60E with a 2800 lock up converter, shorty headers, flowmaster exhaust, CAI, and a MSD coil and I got around 23-24 mpg pretty regulary. Heck, in the same configuration with the exception of a TH350 and 3800 converter I got 16-17 mpg. So, yeah, I agree with Joel. Boltons give you power through efficiency. Well here are a few updated pictures. I had to replace a low bean headlight $25.00!!!!! The exterior is much cleaner and the engine by is slighty better. The rear seat came out as well. Yesterdy I removed the side molding. More pictures to come

I thought t-tops were available in 93, but not convertables? i could be wrong.

Trans Am had TTops, but all 93's were HT is what I seem to remember. Yellow gauges and diff 6 speed gears.

I'm not sure about the pontiac but for camaro T-tops where available across the board.

"All Base coupes received body colored C-Panel (unless with T-Top's in which case both roof and c-panels would be black) and all Z28's received black C-panels no matter if equipped with T-Top's or not. All Camaro's had black side mirrors no matter what. All Base coupes received body-colored roofs unless ordered with T-Tops in which case the roof and c-panels would be black. All Z28's had black roofs no matter what. The Z28 had black "Z28" icons on the front fenders, replacing the "CAMARO" icons on the base coupe, and a "+Z28" icon under the right rear tail light.

Only 3,340 of 39,103 total cars were equipped with T-Tops. No convertibles as GM did not finish the final design in time for the 1993 model year."

Edit: same seems to hold true for pontiac t-top where available across the board

hmm one of my books says there were no camaro ttops in 93. either way, HT were common for the year.

I been debating making the car similar to a LE1. But the A/C still blows cold, the power windows still work well, and dampners I would want are expensive. lol
I will keep considering it.

EACH rotor weighs 17 lbs and 2 oz! We just eliminted 34lbs!!! thats 1/100th of the cars weight!

What do you prefer about 93s? I am looking into converting to OBD1 and most people don't want a vehicle the first year it came out.
