  • Was being lazy today. Its hard to get motivated to go outside when I work outside.
I did get the fuel pump assembly back in.
Just need to run the AN lines and the hotwire kit and thats done.
On the plus side did get a bunch more tools for $1.37.
Gotta love points on credit cards.

      • Well I have the fuel tank back up temp so I can mark the braided lines and cut them.
Still have to wire up the hotwire kit.

Which line is for the vent and which one goes to the charcoal canister?

The long one and the one between the feed/return. What is which?

            • Yes sir! I was planning on spray painting them Kawasaki green (already did one on my old set) but with the advent of Darren powercoating =).

So items to be powdercoated are:

              Rear sway bar.
              Rear springs.
              Valve covers.
              Crotch strap bars.

I'm sure there will be more.

                    • Nope you can. I'm just taking a break watching the Wings game right now.

Um I don't know off the top of my head but I can try to find the receipts. I was tossing around the idea of making these for people.

                      Looks to be under 300.
The most expensive parts were obviously the AN lines. 85 bucks for 20ft. Need 2 of these.

                              • What did you use to cut the lines on the sending unit? Think im safe to use a cutoff wheel if I havent fired the pump yet?

And youre using the stock fuel pressure regulator right?
