    doesn't matter now...it's gonna bug me so much I'll have no choice but to change it lol

        So I went to the dyno day this weekend, and simply put, things didn't really go as well as I would have hoped:





        Probably about 30 hp shy of what I was hoping for. Either I have more issues than I realized, or the issues I'm currently having have a bigger impact that I realized, or a combination of the two. The guy at Jake's told me that dip in the first run is part of the car's factory calibration to put it into "cat-protect" mode if it's running hot enough. On the 2nd pull, it started missing and got all screwed up and the car was not having it, so he shut it down early. Here's a video of the first run:

            My EGR has been throwing a code for a long time, but I've never bothered fixing it. Then there's the MAF code issue. Both of those are going to be addressed over shutdown.

                        So with the weeklong summer shutdown imminent, I have decided to attempt to tackle a bunch of stuff on the car: EGR delete, replace lifters, paint intake manifold as long as it's off, clean air filters and MAF, possibly replace fuel filter, and I got a lead on a good deal on a brand new opti, so I might be doing that too.

                        Quick question, though: my headers do have provisions for EGR. How should I close those off?

                              Those wouldn't work on Pacesetter longtubes, would they?
