Nope. There's a double-ended fitting that goes into the slave and it's like 2" from the opening in the bellhousing, then the line goes into that. You might be able to, but you'd probably get brake fluid all over the clutch. Not too hard to remove the trans though, just a bit of work.

I have a decent trans jack that I used, has pivot controls and all, just had to use two 2x4 pieces to make a v-wedge for the trans to sit in. Might drive it tonight or tomorrow for a test, don't know how the roads are but I see some snow falling so probably not. Either way I have to take it back to school Sunday. Hope the roads are dry then.
Pics tonight if I can make it to a decent internet connection. (Caribou coffee for some organic chemistry loving).
Used to own a Firebird.
