    I know I should do it later. but damn, it makes me angry. This will be the first corner, Ive really cut. (besides WCCH Ported heads, but thats only 40HP, ill be plenty happy with ONLY ~580WHP)

      Well, I'm really heading towards this mentality.

      I want this baby back on the roads, I can't wait. So tired of driving that damn saturn around(sub 100WHP) lol ... Im gonna be so unprepared for the 454 power. I can't wait.

      So since I dont have Microsoft Office, I will be using this post as a list of parts that I NEED.

      Oil Pan w/ Pickup (stock/Moroso) $200/800
      Solid Motor Mounts $150
      Poly Trans Mount $30
      Morel Lifters $600
      Pushrods $150
      HS Rebuilt Rockers $350
      Valve Springs $400
      LS7 Valve Covers $120
      Head Gaskets #70
      Intake Bolts $30
      Kooks 3-1/2" => 3" ORY $390
      Borla Catback ??? $400

      Powdercoat my wheels $400
      BFG KDW2 295/30-18 $450
      BFG KDW2 255/40-17 $280

      TOTAL ~$4000

      Im sure there is more, but this is a start

              you have two sets of lifters listed up there, are you trying to decide which ones or is that a misprint? i cant wait to see this thing done either.

              one must be rockers???

                Morels have crossbars to keep the lifters from rotating and destroying a cam. LS7 rockers are just fine though.

                Used to own a Firebird.

                  Yea, thats the plan, except the LS7 rockers need to be rebuilt, im scared of having the rocker fall apart on me at 7000rpm

                      400 to powdercoat your wheels? Thats outrageous. Get with H&H here in fenton, in the industrial park off of owen. There going to do mine for $250ish, including blasting the current paint and stuff off.

                        Cool project! I followed you a lot over on LS1Tech when you were deciding what to do for power. Glad to see it coming closer to the end, should be awesome!

                          $400 was more of an approx.

                            Yea. I did alot of dreaming. and I decided I wanted to do a big all motor build. Hopefully I can wrap it up soon.

                              8 -5 IIRC, everytime I call someone always answers. Bret IIRC is the guy that owns it, drives a big red ford pickup, if you see it out front stop in and see him.
