    • The bird lives to fly another day! I put the pump in from B's v6 days, engines took few turns and fired right up. only let it run for few minuites since I didn't have o2 's and a few other things done yet. Before I fired the bird up though I tested the pump that was in the bird from the battery. It just clicked then tried again same thing, then tried 3rd time it click then took off like it was stuck. Pump bad, probably why some times in the morning it would turn over 5-6 times before starting, it was sticking then too.

        • Couple of pic's from fuel pump swap. When I got carpet back I realized the trap door was done before. Some one cut 3 sides bent it up, then bent back down and fiberglassed it. They didn't even cut enough to really get it out.

          • Boy, that seems like a rig job. Fiberglass? Really? What the hell was that for? RTV will do the same and you don't have to risk cutting yourself up if you do the 4 sides.
