Thanks guys! Steve's coming over on Friday to do a quick flash of the computer for the 30# injectors and other misc stuff so it'll be drivable. That is, as long as we get the engine and everything to where it needs to be for him to do that

Here's our tentative "To Do" list...

• Install P/S hose
• Install battery cable/starter cable
• Install spark plugs
• Install spark plug wires
• Install Headers
• Install Transmission and Torque conv.
• Polish valve covers
• Install Valve covers
• Plug holes/Vacuumn outlets in intake manifold
• Install serpentine belt
• Remove heater hose asm
• Install heater hose asm.
• Redo wiring in passenger wheel well.
• Drill out 2 trans mount and 1 sway bar bolts.
• Fill engine with oil
• Fill engine with anti freeze.
• Install Rear Shocks
• Finish engine bay painting.

Hopefully should be picking up the transmission tomorrow. Spark wires probably won't be here until Friday. Everything is just coming down to waiting for parts to arrive! If I don't get those spark plug wires on Friday for whatever reason, the entire weekend is ****ed and I won't be able to start the car. I really hate that it's coming down to the wire like this.

Then the mini meissens will have 5th gens and smoke the whole family

Not to be a Debbie Downer, because I really hope this works out for you, but every time I've had a schedule or certain date I wanted to do things by it has not once ever worked out. Thats the worst part about working on cars is that something always seems to go wrong. Obviously I hope it gets there Brian but make sure you set aside room for mistakes.

No doubt, if it gets done this weekend it gets done. If we can't get everything done, well.. so be it.

Yeah - will be doing that tonight more than likely. Had homework to do last night so I didn't get to work on the car.
