          • You know, I'm not sure if the old one was all that bad - just noisy as ****. Dan was mentioning that since it's a solid design, it's going to have inherent noise. However, this one is so much quieter.

I might sell the old one for like $100 saying to have it checked out - cause it performed fine. I just think the excessive porting job just made it loud...

                How well does it work?

                  • You know, it's really not - it kinda matches the Auto Meters in brightness.

                    • Got there rest of my gauges today - hope to start installing them tomorrow. Thanks for mentioning that the brightness isn't too bad - I too was curious about that.

                      • Yeah - it's really nothing offensive, especially considering my Auto Meters are bright but nothing insane. I can't wait to get a gauge overlay and blue LEDs to replace the stock lights...

                          • Obviously there is something ****ed with that old sc. They aren't supposed to have scores in the rotors at all. There has to be shit floating around in there for that to happen.
